Hello there!

Welcome to my website. My name is Jia Xin Ng. I am a Sustainability Practitioner. What does it mean? I aspire to live my life in a sustainable manner for the sake of the planet and humanity, and most importantly for myself.

To practice a sustainable life, mental health, physical health and financial health are equally important. On this website, I will share with you how I maintain the three healths through life experiences in Conquering Fears, Living A Peaceful Life, Being An Environmentalist and Inspiring Change.

Experiences – Beliefs – Actions

My beliefs were shaped by the information I received, without questioning them. Beliefs, in turn, drive my actions. The actions often did not lead to happiness and peace. I was suffering but I do not know how to get out of that vicious cycle. I knew that change need to happen somewhere.

2023 is the turning point of my life. I was in search of the right way to live my life. Sooner, I learned from my life coach that there were no such thing as right or wrong, it’s all about perception. The only truth is what we experienced ourselves.

I used to learn through textbooks, newspapers and documentaries. Now, I am unlearning and relearning through experience. What you read on this site is what I have experienced. My goal is to inspire you to get out there, experience life and build your own beliefs.

My First Vipassana Meditation

In search of how to live a peaceful life, I signed up for a 10-day Vipassana Meditation course in Malaysia. I think I have found the answer.

Giving Hope

I conducted an ESG and Sustainability Workshop in Kuala Lumpur to inspire change in individuals and companies. Our actions might be small, but cumulatively, there is hope.
